the band was formed in mid 2010, when we weren't happy with what we were doing with our skills and we were bored with doing the similar routines and sounds over and over.
we listen to everything from rock/metal to electronic and indian film music. we like different things from the different genres we've been admiring. solilokwe is an amalgam of the different music that has influenced us. it is simple - if there is an idea or sound that we like, we blend it in our music, irrespective of the genre.
solilokwe has 3 finished tracks and about half a dozen unfinished ideas.
the music we currently make helps us unleash our creative instincts and satisfy our quest of the perfect playlist. if you happen to like our music, let us know and we'll keep you posted on new developments and ideas that we're working on. if you don't like our music, well, there's nothing much we can do about it.
